Cheating Arab boyfriend

My friend told me about this site. My boyfriend is Arab and he's living in Saudi Arabia. He's a dentist. He sounds like the perfect guy. Recently I have caught him on Facebook and I will explain caught. He turns his chat off in messenger. I question him about it and he says something is wrong with Facebook. I know he's lying. My friends tell me he's talking to someone else and he's trying to hide it from me.

One friend told me to come here and I would see for myself what majority of Arab men are like. Are me and my friends right? He turns off his chat to try to hide from me because he's talking to someone else? I feel numb. If he's playing me it's over because I can get that here in the US.
