What a terrible story. I can't believe the level of cruelty that these men are capable of dishing out. Please accept my empathy. You sound like a strong woman so I'm sure you will bounce back stronger and wiser than before
I hope other Western women who are considering making it with one of these men will learn from these stories.
How long has it been since this horror? This would make a good movie, I swear. :(
