Confused too

Been reading all the stuff here, i just started an online relationship with an egyptian man about 6 months now, he is so sweet and caring, but i know deep inside most of the things he said are lies, now im not sure how to feel for him knowing all the things that i read here. He's not asked me of anything, he makes plans of me moving to egypt, even offered me a job, he promised to visit me in my country so i can get to know him but until now that has not happened, now i feel half hearted when i talk to him
