i love him, But Not in Love with him

I have been talking to a Muslim sense August of 2015 we have talk everyday all day since we have met. and like most of the stories here he is very charming. and a sweet person. Right now he resides in Casablanca Moorrco but is original from El Jadida. And yes i have sent money as i understand the work there is not promising as far as getting payed your money after the long hard labor is completed

. However he consider himself poor and has told me this himself as well as i have told him i respect that you still stive for better in life and he is a very hard worker young man. we have talk for about 3months before he ever ask me for anyithing as he told me that it was forbidden in his religion.all though I know he wants to come to Amercia for a better life and employment and too help his family he has asked to marrying as i plan to go too Casablanca this month to see him. of course me being older then. him there are things that i'am caution about. first off is trust, secondly although he says iam the only amercian that he talks too and that it is forbidden for him to have a girlfriend in his religion he will have to marry i have refused to marry, however he still wants my help because I am who he has chosen to marry. Although i'am a christian and would never covert to his religion and feel he would chance once we were married I choose not to marry. as well as told him i will not in vest any more money in him. However i did owe myself the trip to see him. My problem is a trust issue with him and i feel sense we have never met each other i want to see if he could be trust worthy. also I told him i love him but iam not in love with him and feel before marriage we should see each other first.

My question is should i give him time to at least see whats real with him and whats not and than make my decision to let this go...As i told him i do not rush into this and wanting to married before seeing one another was total out for me. all responses are welcome thank you...
