Marry a man from Egypt

Hello I have a man from Egypt who wants to come here and be with me. He seems very sweet and nice but I am scared that it could all be a lie!!I worry about ISIS and all that stuff too. He told me he has 2 wives already and I told him I can't marry someone who is married and he says the Muslims can have 4 wives. I don't know what to do. I don't want to hurt him but I don't want to marry him either I would rather just be friends. What can I do?
