Algerian Internet

I know this is late to post, but I had to comment in case anyone else reads it. I have become friends with several people from Facebook. I ha e the same issue. But you have to understand that the Internet connection is very bad there. The best they have is 3G. They can lose Internet suddenly and not get it back for hours. This guy may have been talking to other girls and avoiding her, but unless he is asking for money, it is unlikely a scam. Other countries are much more global in their relationships than the US tends to be. Most Algerian men are just looking for love, and see it as quite commonplace to search the world for a partner, as marriage is highly valued there.
