So true they lied cheated and yet I just keep going back pls help

I recently dated an Egyptian man who been Australia over 20 years at first every was so sweet , txt me all the time , want to see me all the time but only after 2 months he already cheating on me with someone else, a woman whom he been with just before me and not only that I also found out he go oversea every few months to south east Asia to have lots of sex with hookers there and put it all on his phone but he lied that he have to go home and see his family never goes on any holiday with me. And yet since I have kids myself I felt that if I can't give him 100% I should have no right to expect him to committed to me. So I just let those random holiday hookers sex goes. But recently he started dating a young woman from China via dating website she is much younger then him and try to convert her to become a Muslim cos if you not Muslim he can't merry his girl friend. He did that to his pervious girl friend whom actually converted to Muslim but he still cheated on her I am sure as he said she wasn't true Muslim as she was only doing it to merry him. But I have to say he know how to play the game very well I believe he been doing this for so long and using his religion to let him do what he want and yet I found their way of expressing love are additive cos their lies are so perfect always.
