About so called " Yellow Card"

Hello;

What your fiancee told you is true, yellow card is a piece of paper of yellow colour given to anyone who

serves his time with the Algerian Army, it is also called " National Service" But only state companies

and establishments ask for it, not the private sector. Hope it helps
