Scary

I have just returned from Agadir where I met a Muslim man. I am a sensible woman and will be very careful especially after spending 2 days reading the comments on here. Mohamed is the entertainer in the hotel I stayed in, he is 36 never married and no children (so he says anyway). He lives in the hotel and visits his parents for the day on Sunday all day. We have spoken on chat every day since my return but I am quite wary. My friends and I are returning to the hotel in 8 weeks, they will then leave for work and I will stay on alone for another two weeks. Mohamed is religious, he goes to the mosque on a Friday, follows Ramadan and does not drink or smoke...he will not even touch a glass with alcohol in it...yet he can kiss me after I've been drinking???? Surely some of the alcohol must go into his mouth TMI.

I am British and respect that he follows his religion. I'm worried because he wants to take me to meet his family whilst I'm there alone. He is taking two weeks holiday to spend time with me. I'm suspicious of British men, so am not going to let myself get blinkered into handing over money or goods to him. We have talked about his religion and I asked if he was supposed to be with an English person. He said whatever is his choice. I will bear in mind everything which has been said on here and I thank you all got opening my eyes more to what I need to watch out for. I did not go Agadir go meet a Muslim or anyone, but it happened, all I can do is take it day by day, recognise any danger signs, and don't be stupid!! JOBY
