Dating Muslim man

It happens that we are on kind of the same boat except I know he isn't going to tell his family but he does tell his friends. Which has me a bit flustered. He has pictures of us on social media and I ask him if he is scared that his family will find out and he says no. I am so at a lose here and don't know what to do either. I know he is going to go back home and from I read and obtained his future their future isn't with us. So you can either go on till he picks a wife from his homeland or just stop talking altogether.
