confused

i was with a turkish man for 13yrs and for 10 yrs he lied to my face that he was divorced even got me a ring wanted to marry me asked me to bring my papers to marry amd wen i did all that he asked he left abandon me all because he thought he would lose face so he ran like a little boy after he got drunk and tried to fight wit me sayin i didnt want him he told me so many stories that my head was spinning anyway after i came bk it took 6 mths b4 we could talk witout an arguement and he told me he was still married but he doesnt feel nothing for his wife and being honest i believed him because no man would speak in the manner he did about the mother of his kids so i went back to him and we had a wonderful time together then in 2012 i went there and he found a short let hoilday apt and he worked every day came back to the apt at nite ate and then layed out on settee and slept he didnt care for me wen i asked if we could go out he screamed i was just going there for sex which after 13 yrs together was not the truth anyway wen i came bk to my own country i asked him y does he not bring fruit and veg for us wen i am there like he seems always to buy each saturday wen he finishes work he said he only looks after his own house that was like knife to my heart cuz i always looked after him cuz i no he had kids and i am not going to take food from their mouths which is y i never mind to buyin the food shopping so i said nothing cuz i didnt want to argue nut then 3 mths later he asked could i help him to pay for the repairs to his car wen i said no and told him my reason for doing so was over whay he said he got very moody wit me and i havent been back to see him now in over a year we argue again because he was hinting bout money nut i wouldnt even let him no that i new this and wen i didnt go there and i went to spain he fights wit me for 6 mths now b4 all this every day he would fone me now he doesnt but we speak if i fone him now ive been told that he does love me because if he didnt he wouldnt answer me so im confused about all wat this man says i want to trust but he made it hard for me now to do that could you help me understand if this turkish man is playin that game that so many play there and no i am not stupid wit wats mine he nos this
