Scams and Younger Men

First of all, international on-line dating causes all kinds of problems. The people who are on-line looking for relationships can be scammers, liars and people with mental illnesses and social anxiety disorders. Some are also just looking for an affair or sex with someone "different". There's all kinds of colorful personalites of both sexes you can find on-line.

Second, if you are talking to a much younger guy on-line, that's a huge red flag warning. Whether they are aware of it or not, women who are older, divorced or are single with kids are vulnerable populations that scammers exploit. If you read through this site, you'll notice this pattern.

This encounter you are in is a bad idea. As far as you two talking about all these goals, heh, that's not uncommon. Scammers and liars on-line are quite comfortable with this ,even with telling you how stupid the liars and scammers are as they, well, scam and lie to you.

I trully thought Muslims were true to their beliefs

You saying this is a big concern. You risk falling into this trap of thinking that everyone in the First World is openly promiscuous while people in the Third World are consistently moral and can't be mean because of organized religion.

So you can't assume that all Muslims follow their beliefs. They don't and just like any other man, they can and do break their word. There are even Christians who fall into that category.

It's a prettty good bet that those who follow a religion or personal code of conduct resolutely are not going to be on-line looking to chat with older women in international countries.

I'm not quite sure what your age is or what your experience is with the internet, but if you're new to this kind of thing I have to tell you there's all kinds of garbage on-line.

This relationship you are in is a bad idea.

For one thing, if a website full of comments with people you've never met changes your view of your "relationship" 180 degress, that's huge. That means you don't trust him, and frankly you shouldn't., and that your feminine instincts are kicking in.

There really is no way to know for sure, and it's a lot of time and money to invest and it comes with a lot of worrying.

I understand why you felt good about this and liked the attention. No one should blame you for having feelings, but you have a responsibility to yourself to recognize what this is or what it could be, which is another scammer who will just waste your time and money.
