The first thing you need to do is to cut him off completely. Delete his number, his on-line user-names, change your accounts or phone number if you need to.

Just don't be terribly surprised if he tries to come back in a few months either.

right now, probably the best thing you can do is get out of the house, go out with your friends, family and by all means treat yourself.
