Yes I did. I was very much like you, tore up and felt relieved an got back together. I not only experienced the ignorement, then was preceeded with thoughtless gifts. The best was a pair of flip flops for my birthday a size too small. He got pissed off because I wasnt appreciative. Seriously looking back I cant believe I let it go on for so long. Be strong, it does get easier the less you talk to him. I would go on this blog everyday for support. You cant change decades of culture. Probably when he made the statement early on - woman were put on earth to satisfy male desire I should have ran. Hang in there!
