The silence was used on me as a punishment. He would claim it was because he didn't want to hurt me and that he didn't want to say anything he would regret. But he knew radio silence hurt me more than words ever could. The sheer anger is something I found difficult. But if your one was anything like my one, he could never admit to being wrong. He was never wrong. But sometimes silence is the answer...

The facebook thing is so familiar! Defriend everyone they don't like (and I'll bet it was men!) The only difference is I had all his passwords too. (Well I had passwords for the things I knew about, who knows if there was secret things?!) I found the double standards very hard to take. They could talk to whoever they wanted and we were the crazy ones if we complained, but we couldn't and if they got angry it was because they were jealous and loved soo much. No, it was clearly about control.

I think you should be thankful he wasn't your husband! It would only get worse when he had the legal power as well.

I know it hurts, but there is probably nothing this man could say to you that would make it better.
