To Anne I have seen all documentation for residency, he is also returning back to his job here, and yes he probably did marry 10yrs ago to get in the country but then so did many and Brits are also doing this. I have not told him anything about my ex, he has told me he needs to sort out the divorce as he was in a bad way before he left hence someone else took him under her wing who seems to me to be a live wire if she threatens to kill herself. He has said she loves him but he doesn't love her but is treading on egg shells with her.....my point is there has been nothing to warrant he is scamming and if so I'm not sure for as he can't get anything. What I'm saying is there is good and bad and still everyone stereotyping when he is saying there is someone he needs to break from... Really this is no different to here in UK with men.
