Egyptian men

I have recently met an Egyptian, and we have met and chatted online for two months, he is moving back to UK very soon. I have had no reason to not doubt him or had any warning bells to anything he doing or saying. The only thing I had wa she said his life was cmplicated and he is in a mess which he needs time to sort out. The clanger came last night when he said he couldnt wait to see me to tell me so he told me online.. and that was.... when he separated from an ex he was in a bad way and some women took care of him etc and in that time she has fallen in love with him, and he doesnt feel the same way but she is threatening to kill herself and he feels he cannit hurt or leave her with bad feelings. But yet he tells me he loves me and wants to be with me but to allow him time............ whats that about really, is this something to be concerned with or look as any man could be in same boat
