Thank you so much for your reply! I agree with what you wrote.

Even though last year was a very difficult year, I'm still glad I went through it. I analyzed why I fell for him and learnt so much about myself. I've always believed actions speak louder than words, but when I met a guy who told me how beautiful I was, how much he missed me etc, I sort of forgot to look at the actions. This has been said before at this forum, but it's so different from most western men. From now on I will definitely look more at the actions from the beginning.

I agree with you that's it's not a good idea to start something on holiday. The hot weather does something to you, you feel more free and don't think about the consequences as much.
