Yes its a very steep learning curve!

I spoke to him once more after I sent the goodbye message, he blamed me for it. Told me he was trying to fix something but I wouldn't compromise, and obviously me trying to explain that wasn't a compromise. I also found out his family wanted him to marry me but they thought I would be Muslim too. So it would seem the whole family had plans for me, that I wasn't privy to! He got really nasty and was saying some really vicious things and even said he hoped I got in to such a state that I would have no choice but to find Islam.

I really loved him but I really did not recognise him at the end, I don't know who that monster was.

I'm sorry you learnt the hard way as well!
