Scott, you must stop this Tunisian RatReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by susie (United Kingdom), Jul 17, 2013 at 07:51 Dear Scott, I am terribly sorry that this has happened to you and your wife. I believe you still stand a chance to save your marriage if you open the eyes of your wife to how disgusting these men are. If I can help I am willing to write to her my own stroy as I have lived and worked in Tunisia for a short time and I had 7 years of experience with an Algerian bastard garbage piece of sh;t whom I got to know in Tunisia when I was 19. I can tell you that there is a lot that I was never aware of and could never imagine becuase I had a European mindset and could never imagine or even suppose that somebody can be so rotten, so disgustingly immoral and such a liar. I was never familiar with scam and Bezness. If your wife wants to know more about it then tell her to google "Bezness in Tunisia" ans she will find out that there are thousands of stories like hers. This guy will leave her in the moment that he receives his green card. Or if he does not leave, he will make her life miserable. I have posted here my story I believe me there are a lot of details and points that people can get help from as I highlight exactly those tipycal words and phrases that these guys use to seduce women. If you can still forgive her after this adventure I believe tha the marriage could still be restored. This may be a warning sign to you that you may need to give her more attention and make her feel like an incredibly hot and irresistible woman because believe me this is the only thing the Arab Gigolos have against Europeans as weapons. European men are not very big artists of rhetorics ( I do not know about the US) but arabs they can promise anything and everything. Western men prove their love with ACTIONS, arabs only talk and they will never actually DO anything. Even when they invest money in the victim, it is only a tactic in hope of further benefits. I do hope that you and your Tunisian lawyer will succeed to open up her eyes. Also you are absolutely right that if she were Tunisian you would be entitled to beat the guy half dead and even the court would agree that you were right to protect your wife and family. In Tunisia there are affairs and extramarital relationships BUT only among those couples who are either mixed ( European woman Tunisian man) or where the man works in TOURISM. In such marriages women more or less know about the affairs and it depends on the particular family if they bring it to light and punish the cheater husbands or the woman quietly suffers becuase of being ashamed, or becuase of knowing it from the start that this was going to happen to her. Many women who marry such "charming prince" men know deep down that the charming, sweet talking, handsome gentleman will want to seduce more and more women throughout his life. I have seen a lot of this and I have seen many European women scammed and squeezed out by their Tunisian "husbands". She should run as fast as she can and you should definitely push charges against the man. Tunisia used to fight very severely against sex-tourism and prostitution both male and female. When I worked there in 2004 the police was extremely strict and harsh on those Tunisian guys who were walking in the street hand in hand with tourist girls. They would often get slapped in the street by civilian police or taken to the Police office and beaten up. It was not a bed of roses, still the scammers always found their ways. Many Tuisian girls are sitting in jail even nowadays because of having had sexual relationship with tourists. During the period of fromer President Ben Ali Tunisia did everything possible to prevent the country from becoming a sex tourism destination and he has done a lot for the liberalization of the country. During his leadership Tunisia has become a nearly European country in many senses of the word, especially in the point of view of women's rights and employment. Unfortunately in the past few years women have been turning back more and more to the pre-modernized female roles and Islamic roots which has resulted in a massive islamisation of young Tunisian girls and the excessive use of headscarf. I can say in 2003 nine of ten young Tunisian women were NOT using a scarf, in 2011 the count was 7 in ten women USING the scarf. Anyway, I cross my fingers for you and I hope I could help you with this information. If there is anything you would like to know about Tunisia or Tunisians please feel free to reply to me and ask me. I wish that you can save your marriage and that both of you will gain experience that will make your life even better in the future. Take care and best wishes from Hungary from Susie
