egyptian men

Hey doll! I've been living in Egypt for a year after moving here from the UK and I have to say have learned a ton about Egyptian men. Firstly, you can tell a ton by the area one comes from (although this is stereotyping, it wouldn't exist if it didn't have some truth).

So I first have to ask where is he from in Egypt (even within Cairo there are massive divides from someone who lives in Zamalek to Masr Gedida). Now I have a ton of Egyptian friends, I would say 90% of my friends here are in fact egyptian. However my guy friends are mainly through my boyfriend (he's egyptian) because let's face it... Egyptian guys don't care about a friendship with an expat women, they only want one thing! Obviously they give me respect because I'm with one of their best friends.

However in my experience the same lot this time last year were rather animalistic and falling over themselves trying it on with me. Egyptian men are extremely charming and know all the buttons to push... This needs caution. I have def had my share of liars/players here so caution is your best friend. If you have a bad feeling, its best to listen to your gut and press the issue further rather than go in blindly. I too read all of these site then met my bf and was like eek I don't know. But I'm actually here and know him through a friend, know his family (which is a very respectable family here with western values). I'm one of the lucky ones (not that we don't sometimes have cultural issues etc).

Egypt is a very small community and everyone know everyones business. And people build reputations good or bad. What is his family name I'd be happy to do a little digging.
