Peace to you. first of all you must know where you belong, and strength of your faith and your upbringing.
Secodly, you must the Word of God (Holy Bible) by reading it between lines. Thirdly you must also spend time reading Quaran, and Hadith word by word; you happened to swallow what others say, then you are in trouble.
Read everything thoroughly, compare it with your understandings, and values. Spend some time in meditation (prayer) ask God for His guidance and wisdom. You will surely find the sheep and wolf.
