im sorry Bev, i wouldnt trust him.. for quite a few reasons.. I will be factual in my answer

1. You already received an anon message.. i would steer clear based on this alone.

2. Most Egyptian men go to Sharm to work because they have an agenda.. Not all, but most!.. Sharm is considered the sex capital of Egypt. The content of your anon message is most likely true.

3. Myself and my husband went to Sharm on holiday and met one man who worked in a hotel. He was married and his wife was pregnant. He was only working there because he could not find alternative employment. He was a decent sort, quiet and kept his head down and just did his work. Men working in Sharm either have no other choice (and are married) or looking for sex and easy visa pickings..any one working with good intention (just to support family etc) in sharm will not even look at you cross ways !!!

4. Judging by his name " Ahmed" he is a Muslim.. A practicing Muslim will not be caught dead working in a club.. I hope he is not telling you how devoted to Islam he is !!

5. When we were in sharm.. i noticed the egyptians there were experts in many languages and constantly flirting.. i mean CONSTANTLY!! it was one girls birthday in the hotel and as a kind of custom, the staff play drums and do a little dance for the celebrant.. well.. they pulled her up to dance, but you should have seen the way he undressed her with his eyes.. sooooooo sleazy

6. He doesnt have the money to visit you even so whats the point in continuing ? if u think logically, how do u both see relationship going forward? he cant afford to pay for u to come to egypt? wont it be expensive for you to foot the bill always?? He cant afford to apply to ur country for visa,nor could he afford the air fare... he is likely to have little funds and is likely to get denied.

This anon message is your biggest red flag.. Believe it bev, its likely to be true !!
