He is too young to get married and the odds are he will certainly marry one of his own countrywomen. If you want to have fun with him, go ahead, but he will never marry you and these men are control freaks and fully expect a women to be obedient and do what they say. Take care, marry one of your own is my advice. A decent arabic man will not go to discos so he is having a fun time with you, sorry if it hurts, but the truth is the truth
