I do feel bad for your sister. She knows nothing about this guy. He spend time in prison in France because HE WAS A HEROIN DEALER. He also spent time in a CIA black prison in Norway -- 18 months -- as a terrorist suspect. He hears voices and thinks the CIA communicates with him through an implant.
VERY. VERY. SCARY. when it comes right down to it. *I* wouldn't bring him to this country because I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. WORD.
