Should I doubt his sincerity?

To answer your question, I think you already do have doubts about this, and it's quite clear that you don't fully trust him.

No one should marry someone else with enough doubt to come on-line ask about it.

What's not quite clear to me is if your relationship is on-line or in person. If it's been entirely on-line, I really think it'd be a terrible idea to marry someone you've never met or even met a few times.

There's a lot more to international dating than just VISA scams. It's possible this man is looking for a non-Muslim wife he can convert, or he may be another liar and cheater. These are other possibilities you must consider.

But even if you are seeing him in person, there shouldn't be this all this doubt.
