Comparisons, them versus us

While I can appreciate your comments, this page isn't about Muslims versus non-Muslims, but some of the problems that arise from intercultural relationships. While I agree that women do generally have more rights in the USA, it is far from perfect, and ignores some of the issues that we have in the West such as domestic violence, adultery, sexual abuse, sex trafficking, rape and ageism - most of whose victims are women and children. Not to mention the exploitation of the vulnerable in developing nations. I live in the UK and am still prone to degrading comments on the streets, and there is also a newspaper here that prints photos of topless young women next to the latest hard-hitting headlines. Maybe we should start to question why women are falling for Muslim men, as they say there's a root cause for everything
