Information about a campaign group recently set up in the UK to stop marriage fraud

Your site is really great at warning people about being scammed and prevention, etc. But what happens after you have been scammed? That is where a new website Immigration Marriage Fraud UK comes in. This site was recently formed to campaign for marriage fraud to be recognised by the Government as a crime and to try and get the Immigration law changed. I know many of you have good partners but for the unlucky ones who have lost out emotionally and financially, we are trying to do something about it.

Have you been used in a marriage for a visa or passport? Tell us your story by going to our website Immigration Marriage Fraud UK: http://immigrationmarriagefrauduk.com/ to become a member. There you will have support and advice. There is also a Facebook page entitled 'Immigration Marriage Fraud – Fight to Stop It'. This was only created a few days ago so it would be great if you could go and there and 'Like' the page as this would boost our ranking with Facebook.

Chances are you have been scammed and this is marriage fraud. If any of the following situations have happened to you:

Foreign spouse leaves you shortly after obtaining their Indefinite
Leave to Remain (ILR).

You find out foreign spouse has a spouse or long term partner in
their home country.

Foreign spouse pesters you to invest most of your savings in their
home country, buying/building properties, businesses, etc.

Foreign spouse without provocation starts an argument in order
to report you to the police and file charges against you for
Domestic Violence.
