Becs,

I feel for you, I know how hard is to start your life over when you have nothing here and now, everything you have is behind, in your past. But thats just the way a new begging starts. All the emotional struggling and suffering is coming to your life because you need it. You are going through this sadness, confusion and agony only because all this experience will prepare you for the big love and happiness that are waiting for just around the corner. Be strong and do not give up the best decision you have made. I am sooo proud of you for the courage you have found to leave a passionate relationship to keep your true self and to go for a better life. Dont ruin it now. You have passed the hardest, its coming better and easier periods, full of grief though but much lighter than this one now. All these is just a part of your personal spiritual traveling which will end the way you cant even imagine now, wonderfully, happily, great!

Take it day by day. Try to plan every next day, take little steps. Start doing simple things, just to keep you busy. Exercise a lot, go out for a walk. The fresh air and the motion keeps your brain producing serotonin and that will help you win over the sadness. Eat and sleep well. Try to keep in touch with safe people, family, good friends, dont spend all your time alone. If you want to cry, do it, if you want to scream, do it. Do not keep anything inside. Its so hard to block him and not to talk to him at all, he did not betray your love. Just try not to let his words make you forget who you are, why have you made this decision and that you KEEP THE PROMISE YOU HAVE MADE TO YOURSELF THAT YOU DESERVE BETTER LIFE AND HE AND HIS WORLD ARE NOT PART OF IT.

Let the past go, no matter how beautiful it was. When you do it, the beautiful future will come to you.

Its coming! You just have to be strong, patient and open to embrace it! And dont forget that the new,true, big love comes only when your heart and soul is completely cleaned up and ready for it. Love doesnt like to settle down in a dark, full of memories place!
