muslim husband marrying second time

this is my name since i married a muslim . the hardest way to cope with is for him to marry again . just yesterday we had an argument coz he told me that he married again .

is it true that he must ask me permission to marry again? how is it done..? is there any papers needed so i sign to that agreement or just a plain yes i should say to him and just like that that he could marry? . i told him he could marry but not now . i will tell you when you may do so. this is what i told him. i got angry when he told me that he already married. we quarreled and later he said its just a joke. i wanted to know if he is married again or not. where can i ask info for this matter. pls help me if somebody knows. ... thank you in advance .
