TO JL on Alleged Bias

The issue has to do with

1) On-line, often international dating

2) Cultural differences

3) Phoney men

Just because religious men are willing to have premarital sex or act liberal in a relationship does not mean they are ready to cast out all their tradition and religion, and that is not applicable to just Muslim men. In certain cases, the men feel they can have a night out on the town while the woman stays at home and does chores.

In fact, I can tell you from various interviews and my own experience that some religious men will use more liberal/secular and/or divorced women with kids as practice for sex or just because they are horny, but when it comes time to marry, they will find someone from their own culture and probably from their own race and religion.

Believe me, for a lot of them, there's no love lost because there was no love on their end to begin with.

You will notice if you read what's on here that it isn't the younger, tall, dark handsome single men with no kids who are pining away in confusion, hurt and angst.

Some people are fine with that, I'm just not convinced they are on here.

There are good Muslim men. However, the good Muslim don't need to pine for love on-line. They can have an arranged marriage or they may meet a woman at the mosque.

On-line dating and even dating foreign workers you meet on holiday has all kinds of unique problems and issues that I have gone into detail on here ad nauseum.

Interesting how you mention Christian men, because there's at least one story about that on here.

The reality is the lies and scams on here have no preference when it comes to religion. People just use that an excuse to justify their relationship, which isn't surprising since of lot of what is described on here is about the physical aspects and looks---another reason the success rate is low and even why it's easy to see bad relationships defended through clenched teeth.

Your comment is nothing new and I've already addressed that at least once on this thread and this notion that "it's real because there are good Muslim (or whatever) men" doesn't hold an ounce of water.
