Hi Stephanie, I think you should be careful, don't invest much in that so-called "relationship", first because I don't believe in distance dating on online dating and second because many Moroccan men and women look for a pass to "get a better life abroad", I know that because I'm Moroccan myself, I know many a lot about that, however, you should not take what you read around and generalize, it has become a stereotype, and we should not judge people on stereotypes basis, I mean ok you know now that you should watch out but he deserves a chance, you should not judge him before you get to to know him better.

Test him first. tell him you're thinking about settling in Morocco as an option and have a family with him in Morocco. Tell him that and see his reaction through the cam, you'd better watch his voice and face, you know, if he looks disappointed then you got the answer :) If he really cares about you, it would not matter at all where you live both of you.
