Hi Ann,

where is he from ? If he is Moroccan ,it will be very difficult for him to get a visit visa for the UK. If he is refused a visit visa then it will be more difficult for him to get a fiancé or spouse visa for the UK. Have you met this man in person? If he has a few visa stamps e.g. Tunisia,Turkey in his passport I imagine that he thinks it will help his fiancé visa application to the UK . Contact a U.K immigration lawyer for all the facts. Is he the same age or older than you? Has he graduated from University? Is he a property owner.? Is he employed or running his own business.? Does he have a healthy bank account ? If the answers to the above questions are yes and you have a good income ,then he should be able to get a fiancé visa.
