Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men

I'm engaged to an Egyptian man. I went to Egypt once 6 months ago. I want him to come to the US to see me but he insists it is very difficult for anyone to come to America. I've spoken to many people and have gotten mixed answers. Is he lying? or is it really that difficult for anyone to come here?
