I do agree with what you say as I would not have married my husband If I would have had any doubts. With the distance and every road block we have incurred but didnt anticipate my husband and I always discourage people who ask us about it , not because we dont love one another , but this is a very serious commitment and we are not just talking about the marriage. And to anyone who has a doubt about their relationship I dont recommend marriage to you. When in doubt think of a worst case senario and ask yourself if you think any relationship would be worth that.
