Don't beat yourself up , just be glad you found out when you did and be happy that he went back to his country as it would have cost you a lot more money if you had continued the relationship with him It was a never ending expense for me having this user in my life , at the beginning he was so grateful for everything , every meal he ate , every gift I bought for his family etc unbelievable gratitude lol then as our relationship progressed , the closer we got the more he expected , I basically watched my bank balance drop and his body grow , he virtually ate my money .... In the end it was virtually anything he could take from me , pure greed !!! Like me, you also paid the price for letting a lying , thieving Moroccan scumbag into your life but don't dwell on it as you are obviously a kind hearted, caring person who gave this money willingly and I am sure he will get his just deserts one day. Move on , be RELIEVED he is out of your life , be happy !!
