If this is not a good reason, what is?

Dear Dr Pipes:

When you marry a muslim, more likely than not, you are required to convert to Islam. In today's world, Islamic societies have more fratricidal violence, higher birth rate, more poverty, worse human and women right, and less education than comparable non-Islamic societies. Why would you like to raise your children in such societies. If this is not a good reason to avoid marrying a Muslim, what can be?
