Dear Silicondoc,

I do agree with your statement that there are fire brand so called Islamic scholars who are issuing Fatwas. These people are misguided. These people are sheep in wolf cloths. There are Bishops whose sex scandals appeared and were arrested. There are many Christians who support abortions still they are good Christians.

Western countries which believe in Christianity, supported war against Iraq on the pretext of mass weapon destruction where hundred of thousands people died. Pope out rightly condemned the aggression of US and her allies but those leaders who supported war against Iraq are still believer of Christians. But I have never heard from any Bishop or Father to issue decree against humanity killers.

It is established fact that Christianity never believes in revenge but many Christians believe in revenge policy. We are living in the information and it is our responsibility to read books and engage our self with authentic scholars to find out ultimate truth. I am optimistic Muslim and enjoy reading Shakespeare and other western scholars. I prefer to recite Bible. Such books are property of intellectuals. Islam is not for ignorant and illiterate. By name Muslim is not enough. Muslim must be in deeds and actions. It is obligatory upon Muslims to look after her neighbors and respect animals too.
