One of the things they are talented in is the love bombing, they know how and where to get you and they don't give up easily. They are determined to reach their goal at least that is what mine use to say to me while the whole time I just thought he meant that having me as a true partner was his goal silly me.

I believe there is a reason for everything. Immigration has gotten a lot strict thank goodness. They are more and more aware of marriage fraud nowadays fortunately so they will not make it easy at all. It was a blessing that you didn't have to go through the visa process otherwise a whole new nightmare would begin for you.

The fishing online with the multiple dating sites is what they do best unfortunately. Sitting in coffee shops, smoking , and comparing notes about the women they pursue is their thing. The swearing on the quran means nothing as they all seem to have abandoned their religion since greed is more important. Your feelings are valid for not wanting to trust again so easily but in time you will feel differently.

You have been in this marriage for a while but you are a strong woman with good instincts and you pulled yourself out of a situation that would have brought out a worse outcome and I am glad that you came to this forum and that it helped you see what is real. I have only been on this forum a few months but it also helped me from making a mistake with mine. Hang in there freebird, things will get better in time, one day at a time. You took the first big step and now you will heal. Thanks for sharing your story
