Finessing War, America's or Israel's fault?

Military means has not worked as the enemy desires martyrdom and interpets defeat as victory and motivation, hence transfer and completely closed border is the only REALISTIC option as it prevents them from being able to wage terror due to lack of access. If they can they will.

Americans provide much $ and military support to Israelis, will we give the Political support needed to make transfer happen?
