wrong on two counts

Count number one: The future Palestinian State is a non-starter, since no Arab will ever respect a border with a Jewish state.

Count number two: The issue is not percentages of Land, and never was. Israel had agreed to many partition plans, only to be rebuffed. The issue is Culture. Two incompatible cultures forced to coexist on a narrow strip of territory. The Arabs do not care a whit about the land, as long as it does not hold a Jewish Sovereignty. They care about reclaiming their superiority status over the Jews, and reducing the Jews to Dhimmi status.

Therefore the Game Theory should not be about Land, but about population. If, for every strike against Israel, Israel will remove a chunk of population beyond its natural boundaries (the Rift) then you will see the immediate quenching of Terror.
To rephrase the immortal Mr Clinton, its the population, stupid.
