If it were not for the US and Europe intervening every time the Jews were about to win the war would have ended in 1949, the Arabs East of the Jordan, the Jews West, and the world's deepest rift in between!! As for the billions, please, please withold them, from the arabs and jews. Free of strings, things might be settled forthwith.

As for the Home issue. It is the one and only home for the Jews. It was never home for the Arabs, I suggest you read "the innocents abroad" by Mark Twain to see the decrepitude of the land under Arab and Turkish sway. Only when Jews resettled the land and made it the flower of the Levant did the Arabs rear up and demand it. The Jews shun victory because the only way to win is to move the Arabs out. Are you willing to take them in?
