I'll never take this list or this organization for granted again.

The article proves an intuition of mine that lay beyond my capacity to articulate in my own mind-- Compromise, the "third way", is a dangerous illusion. Clearly those outside of Israel geographically, religiously, or both face the same stark choice as those within it: Either we completely reject this attempt to destroy our friends in Israel, or completely embrace it. Ready or not, worthy or not, we must dispense with our own checkered history of appeasement and take an absolutely firm and determined stand. This is the only hope for our civilization, and for the great Arab civilizations currently wracked by this disease as well, the only compassion, the only form of courage permissable to manifest in this time. Nature has so decreed.
