With the UN and the EU now in charge, everybody shuns victory!

There is no victory anywhere in the world, the UN and the EU have seen to that. It isn't just the Israelis failing to win a military victory over the Palestinians, it is the Darfur genocide, it is the former Yugoslavia, it is most of sub Saharan Africa, it is Afghanistan, it is Iraq, indeed, it is every place in the world where the UN and the EU have "managed" to maintain and promote a low level military conflict and prevent military victory by any side.

Sadly, a military victory in any of these places would probably result in an end to the bloodshed, and the people involved could get on with their lives, but with the UN and EU "managed" conflict, the bloodshed and killing can go on literally forever!
