War on Islam or on Islamism

Reader comment on item: Bush Declares War on Radical Islam

Everyone keeps talking about the radicals,, it takes more than a few terrorists or radicals to slaughter tens of thousands of peope every year, and that is not including all the terrorist attacks, rapes, and horrors done in the name of Islam each year, and guess what, moderate muslims say nothing nor do they do anything, so obviously there are no moderate muslims. When one sees horror verses like these three below, there are ever so many verses like these horror verses, and the Muslims didnt tell us that these were in the Quran eh... their god closes our eyes so as we cannot see, then tells them to slaughter us because we wont submit,,,I supose it is one way of getting rich, and taking all our possession as Mohammad did in the Quran... verse after verse... shows that...They went into villages while they slept and slaughtered and plundered the people, taking slaves, some for sex... lovely religion eh...

Qur'an 8:39 "So fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief [non-Muslims]) and all submit to the religion of Allah alone (in the whole world)."

Ishaq:324 "He said, ‘Fight them so that there is no more rebellion, and religion, all of it, is for Allah only. Allah must have no rivals.'"

IX/5: Then when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor- due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (oh isnt he wonderful, dont kill them if they submit)

This verse tells us that muslims are free to convert non-muslims by force and brutality. If unsuccessful in doing so, they are free to kill.
