Muhammad did not go to war against those who did not conspire to go to war against him. Muhammad did marry a young girl but in the book muhammad he never engaged in any form of sexual relations until she had reached the proper age that was custom in those days. To someone who lived during those days it would not have been considered wrong. To someone who tries to apply todays norms to yesterdays past i can see your perspective. Though in all truth and honesty applying todays norms to yesterdays past is ignorant of history and past perspectives.

That same argument could be thrown on when the united states forcefully took the lands of the native americans. If you look at their lifestyle it was far more superior to modern white mans. They took only that which they needed. They lived in harmony with the natural world and did not waste. Barbarism is a term used by ignorant fools who think they are superior to others. It is a reflection of arrogant ego. Muhammad preached his message and even got the intestines of a livestock dumped on him during his time of persecution. It was the powers that be who grew greedy and fearful of a man who preached fairness to the poor.

When allah or god gave him the command to move he moved. When god gave him the command to bring to war those who would try to conspire against this fairness he brought war to them. When the jews conspired with the pagans he brought war to the jews and to their lands. When the romans and persians tried to send their armys to crush this united arabian peninsula he brought war to them and crushed them swiftly. If you ask for proof of his divinity look to history and to how quickly he unraveled the great powers. I as a muslim only wish to be left alone but if you try to mold me to be something lesser than i WILL fight you. It is that part that most men cannot comprehend. But the same can be said true of any man. If you try to force them to submit they will fight back. the french revolution the russian revolution the american revolution. Have you so thoroughly forgotten your history? These men where considered "terrorists" by the powers that be of their day an age yet they fought for what all men fight for... freedom.

If you say that because i do not personally want your lifestyle than it is my choice. if you force that lifestyle on me then i will fight you. is that not fair to ask for that? The desire for improvement must come from within not from without. Manipulation weither subtle or not is what we call sorcery. It is hiram or a sin. On a personal level i grew up my entire life in pittsburgh which is in the usa. I personally feel islamic simplicity is for me. It may not be for others. I leave that choice to others and again i say if you try to mold me to be something lesser than what i strive for then i will fight you. whether it be threw hating it, with words, or with actions.

If you attack me with hate i will be patient. If you attack me with words i will attack back with kinder words and try to seperate myself from you. Did god or allah not make this world big enough to move? If you attack me with might i will fight back. The only thing i will do for myself is try to set a better example and leave god to guide to wherever they are supposed to be guided to. I would hope it would be to what is best. I think what is most intriguing however is that so many religions or modes of thought all still revolve around the same principles of kindness and justice. taoism islam buddhism judaism etc etc I think the point is not in differences. God stands by truth and truth is the one thing that cannot be argued against without being untrue to yourself. Due to the similiarities between i would even go so far as to say that the ultimate truth is located within all religions. And the dogmas and priest craft are the result of human tampering for control over masses. even if you choose not to believe in god as is the choice of any free creature you must still believe in truth and justice. how could you not?
