Extreme Islamists are dissatisfied with our world and want to leave

Reader comment on item: Bush Declares War on Radical Islam

Submitted by David Goshen (Israel), Oct 11, 2005 at 16:54

Dear Mr Pipes,
Is it not true to say that the extreme fanatical Islamists are completely disenchanted with our world and yearn therefore for the maidens in paradise and wish to leave our world as quickly as possible.for the promised land. As they really have no use for our way of life they desire to destroy it hence there complete lack of value of human lives including fellow muslims.
Is it not true to say that the quality of life is of no importance to Islamists -they would keep the vast majority in extreme poverty and only move to the west to seek what they can never get at home.
David Goshen
