Dhimmi No More: Why Inna shaani'aka huwal abtar?

Lol Dhimmi No More! Only Allahu 'Alam!

I learnt that al-Kawthar meant "The Abundance". But the most concerning part of this short surat is the the third ayah: "Inna shaani'aka huwal abtar". I was given explanations that were much longer than the verse. Fishy. And for me, neither the verse nor the explanation sounded good. Why the enemy (kuffars) should not have any of that supposed "goodness"? Is it possible that the verb translated such as "cut" in here had another meaning which is not figurative?

Can you provide me with your proper translation and what explanation you come out for this enigmatic surat? I'm dying to know what this surat is really about! So far for me, it was a clear verse based one more time on fear, that tells us that only Muhammad and his followers deserve all while those against him are condemned here and in the afterlife... Moral: Follow Muhammad blindly.

Great posts on exposing Mr Khattab's "clear" translation! Thank you!
