Nozzi: I am an unbeliever. Am I unclean?

Reader comment on item: A Saudi Prince's Threat to the Obama Administration
in response to reader comment: YOU HAVE MENTIONED THAT PAGANS ARE UNCLEAN AND THAT IS WHY IT IS FORBIDDEN

Nozzi, you wrote:

>>Plato, you have quoted the verse Quran 9:28 to support that pagans are unclean. The following is the extract:

Quran 9:28, "O ye who believe! Truly the pagans are unclean, so let them not approach the Sacred mosque....".<

I do not wish to belittle your understanding of English. You seem to get a very different meaning of what is written. In 9:28 it is Allah who says that pagans are unclean. I am a pagan/unbeliever. Why would I consider myself unclean? You have also been claiming in many posts that pagans are unclean. Why do you now turn around and say that I am the one condemning pagans as unclean??

>>What's a silly teaching! How could we, muslims, the holy people, to mix with the unclean people? All muslims would call you a clown since you do not know how we, muslims, treat non-muslims, the unclean.<<

Now you are also saying that pagans are unclean. But a few paragraphs above you accused me of saying pagans are unclean! (Either you or I have a problem with communicating in English).

You consider yourself a holy person? ROTFL.
