Allah did not write the books. However, Allah was the one that directed the inspiration for Prophets to complete the written words of Holy Scripts. As Allah was not the writer of the Holy scripts, nobody could have seen Allah wrote them by himself.

However, even though you could not see Allah gave inspiration to the prophets to write up the Holy Scripts, it does not imply that Allah did not give inspiration to the prophets to write up the scripts.

I ask you a question. All human beings need oxygen to survive. Can you see oxygen by your sights without using any devices, instruments or whatever sources? As you could not see oxygen by your sight and yet it really exists, the same logic applies that it does not imply that Allah did not give inspiration to write up the holy Script even though nobody saw it by their sights that Allah did it in the past.
